Rev. Lindsey Long Joyce serves as the lead pastor of the North Side Co-Op. She also serves as the facilitating pastor at Grace UMC Logan Square and leads the Co-Op wide solidarity team.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School. She is extensively trained in community organizing, cross-cultural community building, and justice ministries. Driven by a deep passion for justice and peace, Rev. Joyce is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and advocating for social change. She lives in Andersonville with her husband and two children.

Rev. Ji Eun "Mori" Siegel's serves as the facilitating pastor at Ravenswod Fellowship UMC and leads the Co-Op wide Worship team.

Rev. Ji Eun "Mori" Siegel, also known as Pastor Mori, holds an undergraduate degree in psychology. Her clinical psychology background led her to work at Seoul National University Hospital, where she primarily assisted older adults with dementia. Rev. Mori pursued a Master of Divinity at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and focuses on fostering multigenerational activities that bring communities together in faith. Rev. Seth Michael Botts serves as the facilitating pastor at United Church or Rogers Park, is working to build a Recovery New Faith Community, and leads the Co-Op wide community and discipleship team.

Rev. Botts holds a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri and is expected to graduate from Southern Methodist University’s Perkins School of Theology, with a Master of Divinity Degree, in May 2025. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, he strives to create open and welcoming spaces for those who have traditionally felt excluded or unwelcome from faith communities. As a member of 12-step recovery, he hopes to facilitate faith communities in which radical transformation isn’t just accepted, but celebrated.

Pastor Matt Temple serves as the Consulting Pastor for the North Side Co-Op. He specializes in vision casting and reimagining governance.

Matt Temple is a dedicated healer and spiritual leader. Married to his wife Angie since 1995, he is also the proud father of their daughter Taylor. Matt has most recently served as the Associate Director of New Church Starts with the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. He focuses on developing and supporting initiatives to establish new faith communities. Additionally, he serves as the Lead Pastor at Newstory Church in Chicago, a fully affirming, multicultural faith community located ion the Northside of Chicago.

Rev. Hannah joined the co-op clergy team most recently and brings her skills in children and youth ministry, conflict management, justice ministry and background in different approaches to church and worship. She serves as the facilitating pastor at United Church of Rogers Park.

Pastor Hannah has previously served Urban Village Church, Elston Avenue United Methodist Church, and non-profit Interfaith America and helped support vibrant church experiences like free spring break camps for kids, cultural dance groups, health fairs, Drag Worship, and Tattoo Testimonies. She is a certified Spiritual Director trained by Still Harbor, and was educated at the University of Chicago and Harvard Divinity School. She is co-author of Finding Peace in an Anxious World and author of Mapping our Future and Healing & Joy on Your Journey to God, program books for United Women in Faith. She lives around the corner from UCRP with her husband Matt and their two children.

Leslie grew up in Humboldt Park and Logan Square and has always loved her city. She is married to the love of her life and they are blessed with two wonderful children. Leslie enjoys trying out new restaurants, traveling, and making memories with her family. At the Co-op Leslie serves as the Administrative Director. She manages community space rentals and handles scheduling, calendaring, troubleshooting, building agreements, and contracts with participating cooperative churches. Most importantly she ensures that our spaces are welcoming and fully prepared for all who enter our doors.
