Rev. Lindsey Long Joyce (She/Her)
Rev. Lindsey Long Joyce serves as the lead pastor of the Nor h Side Co-Op. She also serves as the facilitathng oastor at Grace UMC Logan Square and leads the Co-Op wide solidarity team.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School. She is extensively trained in community organizing, cross-cultural community building, and justice ministries. Driven by a deep passion for justice and peace, Rev. Joyce is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and advocating for social change.

Rev. Ji Eun "Mori" Siegel (She/Her)
Rev. Ji Eun "Mori" Siegel's serves as the facilitating pastor at Ravenswod Fellowship UMC and leads the Co-Op wide Worship team.
Rev. Ji Eun "Mori" Siegel, also known as Pastor Mori, holds an undergraduate degree in psychology. Her clinical psychology background led her to work at Seoul National University Hospital, where she primarily assisted older adults with dementia. Rev. Mori pursued a Master of Divinity at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and focuses on fostering multigenerational activities that bring communities together in faith. Rev. Seth Michael Botts (He/Him)
Rev. Seth Michael Botts serves as the facilitating pastor at United Church or Rogers Park, is working to build a Recovery New Faith Community, and leads the Co-Op wide community and discipleship team.
Rev. Botts holds a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri and is expected to graduate from Southern Methodist University’s Perkins School of Theology, with a Master of Divinity Degree, in May 2025. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, he strives to create open and welcoming spaces for those who have traditionally felt excluded or unwelcome from faith communities. As a member of 12-step recovery, he hopes to facilitate faith communities in which radical transformation isn’t just accepted, but celebrated.

Pastor Matt Temple (He/Him)
Pastor Matt Temple serves as the Consulting Pastor for the North Side Co-Op. He specializes in vision casting and reimagining governance.
Matt Temple is a dedicated healer and spiritual leader. Married to his wife Angie since 1995, he is also the proud father of their daughter Taylor. Matt has most recently served as the Associate Director of New Church Starts with the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. He focuses on developing and supporting initiatives to establish new faith communities. Additionally, he serves as the Lead Pastor at Newstory Church in Chicago, a fully affirming, multicultural faith community located ion the Northside of Chicago.
