Empowering Churches to thrive and connect in community

Vision: To build a structure that empowers churches to thrive and connect in community. In order to do so, we will share four practices: Solidarity, Community, Worship and Centralized Administration

Values:

Sustainability

  • Passionate but not driven (we will choose sabbath over productivity)

  • We will strive for resource solvency

  • Reproducible and adaptive.

  • Good for our environment (earth, neighborhood, congregation)

Faithfulness

  • Rooted in Scripture and the Triune God.

  • Rooted in Wesleyan theology.

  • Integrity and truth telling will be features of our work.

  • We will trust in God and hope for the future.

Justice

  • Antiracist

  • Feminist

  • Affirming of the full inclusion of LGBTQIA+

Solidarity

  • We will have reciprocity and mutual accountability.

  • We will be equitable and accessible.

  • We will be kind and delight in each other.

  • We will have a curious appreciation of differences.

Creativity

  • Willingness to experiment.

  • Flexibility and Openness.

  • Courage to try new things.
